Rodenstock Progressiv Life Free® was launched on May 1st to meet demand for freeform progressive lenses but with a price sensitive market positioning.

Following extensive product development Rodenstock offers this enhanced choice for practices looking to provide the very best in eyecare, and yet tailored for cost conscious pockets.

Life Free® gives higher performance than conventionally manufactured progressives, due to the reduced base curve effect, comes with this 3D back surface progressive lens.  The lens offers up to 10% wider visual field, up to 10% less astigmatism and up to 20% less swim effect compared to other conventional Rodenstock progressives, bringing better visual comfort and much faster adaptation.
