Optisoft Customers encouraged to learn on lineApril 2010 Optisoft has started distributing a series of online tutorials to its customers, free of charge, to ensure that they get the very best out of their computer system. The first, “How to Use the Report Generator”, shows just how easy it is to use the powerful in-built marketing tool. It allows you to find out which patients have not been to the practice recently and to send them a personalised invitation.
Marketing is the initial focus of the five minute tutorials, but others in the pipeline include: “Making the Most of Recall”, “Creating Your Own Practice Forms”, “How to Achieve a Paperless Practice”, and “Recall Enclosures Made Simple”. “We know that many of our customers are not using the software to its full advantage and we want to show them how others make use of the system in their practice,” said Keith Sheers, Optisoft Managing Director. “We are emailing these tutorials in the hope that it will add value to the service that we offer and encourage more to visit the Optisoft User Forum to see what other resources the community has to offer,” he added.
