 Comprehensive downloads and tutorials are now accessible at the click of a mouse bringing to life the benefits of the system’s Enterprise upgrade, particularly the new Dispensing module. New to Enterprise is The Document Manager which utilises existing template referral letters, GOS forms, and patient record templates. This new functionality enables all correspondence to be attached to a patient record either by automatic saving, importing or scanning. This new feature can help the practice to become completely paperless and is available as part of the standard Recall module.
In addition, the Optisoft Forum, an online closed user group discussion, is expected to grow in popularity as more users make use of the additional benefits of the website. A useful resource within the forum is the Document Pool, which includes downloadable referral letters, GOS forms and other useful templates created by users.
