Brulimar announces Exclusive Pineapple Eyewear licence extension
Leading eyewear designer and manufacturer, Brulimar Optical Group, has announced the extension of its exclusive licence to manufacture and distribute the hugely successful Pineapple Eyewear range for women and girls until 2016.
Launched in 2010 at the legendary Pineapple Dance Studios, the stunning collection is now among the best-selling adults and kids ranges on the market and Brulimar’s managing director, Howard Librae, says:
“The popularity of Pineapple Eyewear has been simply phenomenal. The collection has widespread fashion appeal and we are confident the brand will continue to grow in popularity over the next three years as it leads with the latest and most exciting styles and designs.”
Pineapple Dance Studios founder, Debbie Moore OBE, adds: “Pineapple is one of the world’s most popular dance brands and we’re thrilled the eyewear that shares its name is following suit.
We love to raise the bar where possible and Pineapple Eyewear is another exciting way in which the label can venture out of the dance studio and into the high street.”
In keeping with Pineapple’s lively brand personality, the collection uses Swarovski crystals and a palette of lilacs and pinks with animal print and musical motifs. Aimed at women and teens, the frames feature head-turning designs that incorporate the lightest stainless steel and flexible hinge technology.
Following on from the success of the adult collection came the launch last September of the Pineapple Kids collection, which is currently enjoying phenomenal sales.
