Optisoft Customer Survey Winner
Long standing Optisoft user, Tony Marshall, was the lucky winner of a new Apple iPad Mini in the free prize draw for all participants in their annual customer satisfaction survey.
He wasn’t the only winner as Optisoft achieved better results than ever, with more than 90% of customers rating their overall experience as “Good”, “Very Good” or “Excellent”.
Optisoft Sales Manager, Des Mayhew, said “Customer feedback has always been important to the company because it ensures that our products and services are always evolving to meet the changing needs of the independent practices we serve.”
He went on to say “As a result, the latest version of Optisoft now includes OPTI-Post to cut mailing costs, eGOS / online lens catalogues to reduce administration and automatic SMS notifications to ensure patients attend.”
