Hoya launch VSE Loyalty Club
On the 2nd April Hoya announced the launch of VSE Loyalty Club, a way for Hoya to reward their customers' loyalty by enabling them to get the most from their lens orders. Hoya customers are invited throughout April to register for the loyalty club which launches on the 1st May 2013.
“At Hoya we believe that supporting business needs with a high quality service and innovative products is crucial. However, we understand that in this challenging business environment, more is needed from a lens supplier” Dale Hughes, Hoya Marketing Manager.
Being part of VSE Loyalty Club will provide Hoya customers with the tools they need to help grow their business whilst rewarding the time and effort invested with points every time customers spend with Hoya. Each practice will then be able to spend their points on a great selection of rewards, ranging from marketing campaigns, to training and equipment packages. However, Hoya also wants to ensure there is plenty of fun to be had with VSE, so they have made sure that there are an abundance of incentives, ranging from shopping vouchers to team building days and even holidays. There will definitely be something to reward everyone.
