Rodenstock launches patient mailers to support customers

Rodenstock has introduced a new range of point-of-sale materials to help opticians to display key product lines and promote product benefits in a way that their customers can easily understand.

Lens-related patient mailers are now available to Rodenstock customers free of charge, which can then be used for recall and marketing letters, or in the waiting area.

Seven DL-sized leaflets have been launched, giving information on Rodenstock’s Solitaire® Protect Plus coatings, progressive lenses, single vision lenses, computer lenses and sports lenses, as well as lens tints and Rodenstock’s state-of-the-art ImpressionIST® 3 dispensing system.

Each mailer features a QR code which links end users to Rodenstock’s innovative and interactive House of Better Vision website (, a virtual world with several experience zones that take the visitor on an entertaining and informative journey through the world of Rodenstock lenses and eyewear.

Rodenstock can also create bespoke mailers to include their customers’ corporate branding and logo, with no artwork charges, and supply leaflet dispensing stands to display them. Rodenstock Lens Product Manager Debbie Bathgate says: “Being able to effectively market your products and services in practice is more important today than ever before. “Our new patient mailers are the latest in a wide range of point-of-sale marketing materials and tools that Rodenstock offers to opticians to help them promote their products and services and attract more customers.”
